T\u00fcrkiye, bir taraftan yerli istihdam\u0131 korurken, di\u011fer taraftan yetkin uluslararas\u0131 emek g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fclkeye y\u00f6nlendirmeyi hedefliyor. Y\u0131llard\u0131r turizm alan\u0131nda nitelikli personel yeti\u015ftirilmesiyle ilgili projeler haz\u0131rl\u0131yoruz. Endonezya, Bali, K\u0131rg\u0131zistan ve di\u011fer T\u00fcrki Cumhuriyetlerde 3 y\u0131l e\u011fitim alm\u0131\u015f turizm personelinin T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ki turizm tesisleriyle bulu\u015fuyor.&nbsp;&nbsp;Bunun sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Uluslararas\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ruhsat\u0131 kriterlerinde de\u011fi\u015fiklikler ve yenilikler hayata ge\u00e7iriliyor. Bunlar\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralayabiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Y\u00fcksek ciro yapan i\u015fletmelere y\u00f6nelik istihdam \u015fart\u0131 muafiyeti. Net ciro tutar\u0131 50 milyon TL\u2019yi a\u015fan i\u015fyerleri, 5 yabanc\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 istihdam ederken yerli emek g\u00fcc\u00fc oran\u0131na riayet etmek mecburiyetinde kalmayacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Nitelikli yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara y\u00f6nelik te\u015fvikler.. 100 bin dolar ve \u00fczeri sermaye pay\u0131 olan yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar, istihdam \u015fart\u0131 muafiyetinden istifade edecek. T\u00fcrkiye, bu hamleyle hem y\u00fcksek teknoloji gerektiren i\u015fler hem de b\u00fcy\u00fck yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar i\u00e7in kap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 daha da a\u00e7\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Turizm ve sa\u011fl\u0131k turizmi end\u00fcstrileri i\u00e7in esneklikler. Turizm end\u00fcstrisinde faaliyette bulunan ve \u00c7SGB taraf\u0131ndan aranan ko\u015fullar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layan i\u015f yerlerinde, uzmanl\u0131k ve ustal\u0131k gerektiren i\u015flerde istihdam edilecek yabanc\u0131lar nam\u0131na yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ruhsat\u0131 ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesinde, en az 10 T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde ayr\u0131ca istihdam \u015fart\u0131 aranmayacak. Sa\u011fl\u0131k turizmi alan\u0131nda faaliyette bulunan ve yetkilendirilmi\u015f arac\u0131 kurulu\u015flarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak yabanc\u0131lar nam\u0131na yurt i\u00e7inden yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ruhsat\u0131 ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesinde en fazla be\u015f yabanc\u0131 i\u00e7in istihdam ve mali yeterlilik \u015fartlar\u0131 aranmayacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Bili\u015fim End\u00fcstrisi: Bu kapsamda, bili\u015fim end\u00fcstrisinde faaliyette bulunan \u015firketlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak yabanc\u0131lar i\u00e7in istihdam ve mali yeterlilik \u015fartlar\u0131 aranmayacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Ev Hizmetlerinde Kolayl\u0131k: \u00c7ocuk, engelli veya ya\u015fl\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131 ile hasta refakati i\u015flerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak yabanc\u0131lar bak\u0131m\u0131ndan i\u015fverenin yabanc\u0131 istihdam\u0131 i\u00e7in gelir seviyesinin belgelendirilmesinde aile ba\u011f\u0131 bulunan di\u011fer ki\u015filerin gelirlerinin de dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131 uygulamas\u0131na ge\u00e7ildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. T\u00fcrkiye TechVisa Program\u0131: Teknoloji alan\u0131nda kritik uzmanl\u0131klara sahip yetenekler T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye \u00e7ekilecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Uluslararas\u0131 emek g\u00fcc\u00fcyle ilgili d\u00fczenlemelerin \u00f6nemli hedeflerinden biri de kay\u0131tl\u0131 istihdam\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131.
